the staff helped with early check-in (i really appreciated that detail). the hotel was very clean and in a great area. i could walk everywhere i needed to go.

the tv was not connected to the internet so it wasn't usable (they said that the hotel chain had recently modified the tv passwords and they were not in possession of the new passes).

the air conditioning barely worked the room temperature stayed around 27 degrees even with it on i had trouble sleeping because of the heat staff said they could not set it lower than 21 degrees because of regulations the tv also could not connect to the internet so i could not use it
