the location was great and very convenient. the staff was amazing and very helpful. the room was big and very clean. i really liked the comfortable bed.

the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. it. i wish this could have been fixed.

clean area helpful staff

the staff helped with early check-in (i really appreciated that detail). the hotel was very clean and in a great area. i could walk everywhere i needed to go.

the tv was not connected to the internet so it wasn't usable (they said that the hotel chain had recently modified the tv passwords and they were not in possession of the new passes).

My Double Room Terrace was a good size and very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had a good experience.

The air conditioning could not be set below 21 degrees due to environmental regulations! The television was not connected to the internet. It was unusable.

the staff displayed kindness and professionalism. the rooms felt GREAT. Food tasted good. i reminded me of i stayed in a private home with wonderful hosts. the rooms were fantastic.

the rooms are small. you can hear the next room even when they use the hairdryer. this situation was uncomfortable.

the location was fine everything was within walking distance i did not use transit

i found a couple cockroaches in the bathroom that really soured my stay the mattress on the bed was not comfortable it felt old and lumpy i expected better for the price

the location was convenient enough for getting around the city

the air conditioning barely worked the room temperature stayed around 27 degrees even with it on i had trouble sleeping because of the heat staff said they could not set it lower than 21 degrees because of regulations the tv also could not connect to the internet so i could not use it
